Benzak Denim Developers is a denim brand from Amsterdam, The Netherlands, with a strong focus on high quality products with a functional design. Every detail, every stich is there for a purpose. This way BDD tries to focus on timeless products that follow ‘lifestyle’ instead of ‘fashion’ and last longer to promote sustainability.
BDD’s founder Lennaert Nijgh launched the first ‘made in Japan’ jeans in 2013, with a mission to combine his love and passion for Japanese denim and craftsmanship, with contemporary European fits. These jeans are cut, sewn and finished in Kojima, Japan, made from the finest Japanese selvedge denim. Every detail is there for a reason, and has its own purpose and function, without making any concessions on quality or design.
DENHAM the Jeanmaker was founded in Amsterdam in 2008 by Jason Denham, an English jeanmaker who’s obsessed with creating premium quality denim. The brand has since expanded to offer a full range of collections for men and women including outerwear, tops, bottoms and accessories. The brand is positioned in the premium segment.
EDWIN is a forward-thinking denim brand priding itself on innovation, utilising exclusive fabrics and fabrication, unique technology, hand wash processes and continual progression in design and fit.
The EDWIN brand is established in Japan by Mr Tsunemi. With a strong passion for denim, Mr Tsunemi is inspired to import them directly from the United States as no denim is manufactured in Japan.
EDWIN is a progressive denim brand that blends their Japanese background, craftsmanship and expertise with a European contemporary flavour, vision and attitude.
When Tony Tonnaer founded the Kings of Indigo company eight years ago, his objective was clear; to produce clothing in a sustainable way both socially and environmentally, without compromising on quality. He believed that neither sustainability nor quality had to be sacrificed in order to make beautiful garments. Since then, what it means to be ‘sustainable’ has evolved and become more intricate, and the future promises further changes.
Kings of Indigo positions itself as a pioneer in this ever-changing sustainable fashion world, innovating with materials and sustainable production methods, constantly exploring how to reduce the impact on the planet and people; every garment made with a conscious.

Lagom is a Swedish word for ‘just the right amount’. It’s our version of Yin and Yang.
Nudie Jeans is based on an idea. This idea is in turn composed of several concepts, beliefs, and a good portion of old fashioned fighting spirit. The pursuit of doing the opposite was one of the main reasons the brand got started, although not an end in itself. It was rather the passion for dry denim that pointed the brand in that direction. The raw, untreated fabric had at the time been falling into oblivion, and it wasn’t sought after by the public.
Nudie Jeans’ environmental philosophy was present even before the first collection was designed. Back then, organic cotton had been around for a while, but more or less as a fly-by. The demand for these fabrics was on the decrease. The supply followed. Yet another opportunity to do the opposite. Driven by conviction and determination, the process for an all-organic denim brand took off. The share of sustainable materials increased over the years, and since 2012 all Nudie Jeans denim is made with 100% organic cotton
